Hilary A. Morgan opened Resourceful Results, LLC in 2005 and serves as the President & CEO.

Her expertise addressing complex social issues spans decades and includes policy and program development and implementation, pioneering innovation and strategic planning, board and CEO/ED effectiveness, communications, and public engagement. In addition, Ms. Morgan excels in nonprofit management, organizational restructuring, change leadership and small business development.

Ms. Morgan’s professional career includes eight years as CEO of YWCA Alaska where she honed skills and knowledge needed to guide CEO/EDs and non-profit boards. Unlike many other consultants, Ms. Morgan applies first-hand experience to the challenges facing each client. Additionally, her exceptional problem-solving skills, critical-thinking and direct communication style dive to the center of issues, challenges and opportunities in a strategic and realistic way.

Prior to being a CEO, Ms. Morgan held leadership and management positions in large and small nonprofit organizations. Years of experience within organizations at all levels informs her understanding of how they work and what they need to succeed.

An effective nonprofit consultant must also fully understand the role and impact of boards and their chairs. Ms. Morgan has chaired numerous boards, commissions, task forces and committees across the social service, arts and political sectors. In addition to her proven leadership skills in this arena, she has served as a thoughtful and engaged member of these leadership bodies. Ms. Morgan’s extensive experience in this arena serve our clients by providing nuanced and strategic guidance.

Her interests include songwriting, scuba diving, international travel, packrafting, ice hockey, hiking and skiing in Alaska’s wilderness.

Robin Dublin

Business Bio – Robin A. Dublin

Robin A. Dublin has served as COO and principal for Resourceful Results, LLC since 2005. Ms. Dublin is recognized for her skill in government and nonprofit sectors in leadership, innovative program management, staff training and development, and community education and outreach. She is a practical, strategic, and creative problem-solver with expertise in the development of collaborative projects, organizational messaging, program review and development. Her primary focus is grounded in environmental conservation.

Ms. Dublin’s expertise includes environmental education, park management, urban ecology, risk management and bridging the gap between scientists and broader audiences. Her depth of experience and broad content provides clients with unique solutions to conservation issues.

Ms. Dublin is also currently the Southern Region Program Manager for the Division of Subsistence for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. Her interests include all forms of wilderness travel, naturalist study, ice hockey and backcountry skiing and time spent on Alaska’s wild lands.
